Award Selection Process
Decisions about Awards are made by the Trustees. To assist them in their decision making they have a panel of External Advisors. These Advisors add transparency to the award evaluation process and to provide a broader range of knowledge than is available through the Trustees alone. The Trustees also consider the reviews provided by the applicants referees.

The Award Cycle
The Trustees meet 3 times a year. They do not consider applications outside their meetings.

The Criteria for Selection
Please note:

(i) Awards will not normally exceed £10,000-00.
(ii) The Trust is unable to support MA, MSc or PhD students (except scholars from developing economies in exceptional circumstances)

  4. Have clear dissemination channels been identified?
  5. Will Trust funds make a significant contribution to the work?
